Alissa Isuzu (“we”, “us”) provides this website and the Alissa Isuzu mobile app. This policy explains what information we collect from you, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

When you create an account, submit a request (a quote, a service booking, a vehicle inspection, or any similar form), or use the app while signed in, we collect the information you provide directly — your name, mobile number, email address, and the details of your request (for example a vehicle’s plate number or mileage, or photos you attach to a service request). If you save a vehicle to your account or register your device for push notifications, we store that too.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your requests, manage your account, send you updates about requests you’ve submitted, and — only if you’ve enabled them — push notifications about the status of your requests. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. Requests you’ve submitted (quotes, bookings, enquiries) are kept as business records even after an account is deleted, but are no longer linked to your personal account — see “Deleting your account” below.

Your rights

You can review and update your account details from the app’s Profile section at any time. You can delete your account at any time — see our account deletion page for exactly what that removes.
