Legal terms
Terms & conditions.
The full legal text is with Saudi-qualified counsel and is not published yet. What is settled — and what already governs everything you can do on this site — is set out below.
Status: with legal counsel. A complete draft covering all six sections has been prepared and is under review by KSA-qualified counsel. It is not published here because it still carries unresolved items, and because the Arabic text — which is the binding one under the E-Commerce Law — has to be certified before either version can stand. This page will carry the final text on approval.
What the final terms will cover
Six sections, in this order. Each is drafted and under review.
- Introduction — who Alissa Universal Motors is, what the service does, the three kinds of user (guest, individual, corporate), and how acceptance is recorded and re-requested when the terms change.
- User obligations — eligibility, accuracy of the information you give us, account security, prohibited conduct, and what happens if the terms are breached.
- Data privacy — processing under the Personal Data Protection Law, what is collected on each form, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and your rights over it.
- Payments & cancellations — the no-online-payment rule, the inspection fee, how each service agreement is priced and cancelled.
- Dispute resolution — contact Support first; then the Ministry of Commerce's consumer channels, or SAMA for financing disputes.
- Governing law — the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the mandatory consumer rights that apply regardless of anything else in the terms.
What already applies today
These are settled operating rules, approved by Alissa, and they govern this site now.
No payment is taken online
Nothing on this site processes a payment, a deposit or a checkout of any kind. Every action is a request, a booking or an enrolment. Where a fee exists, it is payable at the branch.
Inspection fee
The vehicle condition assessment carries a fee of SAR 350, payable at the branch.
Service agreements
Prepaid plans (35,000 / 50,000 / 100,000 km) are priced per model and variant, confirmed when you buy, and must be used within their validity period — one year for the 35,000 and 50,000 km packages, two years for the 100,000 km package. Post-paid agreements are invoiced per service event at a rate negotiated with your fleet representative. The Platinum tier is available to corporate fleets of fifty vehicles or more, with commercial terms agreed per account.
Prices and quotations
Prices shown anywhere on this site are indicative and exclude VAT, registration, insurance and body configuration. The binding figure is the one on your written quotation. Where a variant has no confirmed price it is shown as price on request, not as an estimate.
Account deletion
Requesting deletion deactivates your account immediately. Data is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period, during which logging in restores the account.
Response times
Our published 24-hour response means one business day within our support hours — Riyadh Exit 18 Saturday to Thursday, other branches Sunday to Thursday. It excludes Friday and out-of-hours time.
Warranty and after-sales
As an authorised Isuzu dealer, our obligations on spare-parts availability, servicing and warranty follow the Commercial Agencies Law and its implementing regulations, alongside the manufacturer's own warranty terms.
Language
Arabic is the primary language of the service and will be the binding language of the final terms. The English text is provided for convenience.
